A New Addition to the Family ?

PUPPY VISITS (single dog only*) Duration: 30 minutes

Having a puppy can be the ultimate fun but it can be a hard time for a young canine mind with so much to learn and be socially acceptable.

Visits take care of letting your puppy out in the garden for toilet breaks, and provide essential play time and fun. The time can also include an introduction to basic training or incorporate any commands you are currently working on. Play activities can also be tailored to your puppy’s breed traits and temperament.

The general rule of thumb for puppies between the ages of 8-16 weeks is at least 2 visits per day as, at this age, puppies need a lot of care, companionship and stimulation but can visit more or less if required. Once your puppy has been fully vaccinated you may want to take them out for small walks and to socialise with other dogs. For socialisation purposes, it is important to provide your puppy with positive experiences so careful consideration will be given to the choice of dogs that would come into contact with your puppy.

Each visit includes :

  • Feeding and checking on water supply
  • Cleaning up any accidents
  • Letting out into your garden for toilet breaks
  • Play and cuddle
  • Emailed update at end of the day
  • Administration of any required medication

One advantage that I would have over other companies that offer this service is that I am a trained dog behaviourist. What does this mean for you and your puppy ? It means that I will be able to tailor my visits to the specifics of your chosen breed. I can give you feedback on your puppy's good behaviour and spot unsuitable behaviour before it becomes a problem. I can provide advice on choice/use of toys, games and future training activities and options.

Puppy visits are £10 per visit, weekdays and weekends. There are no discounts for multiple visits.

Did you know...

A Kennel Cough Vaccination would be a good addition to your dog's heath regieme as it is prevelant in the UK. It is not essential for my group walks but is advisable particulary if your dog is a youngster or over 8 years.

I accept entire male dogs and  bitches in season on group walks (subject to assessment)

My poo bags are biodegradeable.

All dogs, by law, should wear a collar and a tag bearing the name and address of its owner.
